Thomas Young, 39, of Manchester, NH was struck by another car while stopped on his motorcycle on an I-93 exit ramp in Londonderry, NH this past Monday afternoon and was caught in between two vehicles. According to The Eagle Tribune, Young’s Kawasaki Nomad was struck from behind by Sean Bibeau, 21, of Derry, NH when Bibeau failed to stop his Mitsubishi Lancer in time on the Exit 5 ramp behind Young. The impact from Bibeau’s vehicle pushed Young’s motorcycle into the Dodge Neon in front of him, which was operated by Ilyssa Sherman, 20, of East Hampstead, NH.
None of the parties involved were seriously injured in this motorcycle accident, which occurred around 3:00pm that day. Young was reportedly wearing a helmet at the time of the crash and was taken to an area hospital as a precaution. Officials are not charging Bibeau for causing the crash.
