December 8, 2009
The 4th Annual Concours d’ Elegance is an ultra premium event for the rich and famous to come out an do the same thing regular people do at car and bike shows — enjoy the beauty, grace and power of great vehicles. Along with cars from all eras, the show will also feature vintage motorcycles to extreme custom bikes.
The 2010 event will be hosted by Dennis Miller and will take place February 19-21. Previous hosts for this event included Jay Leno, Bill Cosby, and Howie Mandel.
This event actually has three separate activities including an airport hangar party, a black tie gala, and the car and motorcycle show. During the black tie affair, an award is given for lifetime automotive achievement. Last year’s winner was former racing legend, Bobby Rahal.
Proceeds from this event benefit the Boys and Girls Club of Broward. While tickets are expensive, the proceeds are going to a worthy organization in the South Florida area.
For those wanting to enjoy the parties, the vehicles, or if you want to display your motorcycle, this event will not disappoint you.
