So, I randomly googled my brother, Jake Arsenault’s, name to see what came up and after going back only 4 pages I came across this blog as the first, aside from Facebook of course, place where his name was.
I know there weren’t any comments but I just wanted to make sure that it was known that the accident was declared Russell Johnson’s fault and not Jake’s as Russell failed to yield to the oncoming motorcycle. Neither alcohol nor speed was a factor for either driver.
Jake sustained critical injuries and continues to recover though is doing amazingly well. He has returned to his home state of NH and is now itching to get back on a Harley as that was one of his passions. And I cannot wait to see him ride again.
Warm weather brings out motorcycles and it is so important for them to respect the danger they choose to take riding on the bike as those driving around them need to respect them on the road as well. To all the motorcyclists out there – ride defensively and enjoy!
