Saturday Ride from Methuen to Laconia Postponed

As many of the participants know the motorcycle ride planned from Heavenly Donuts in Methuen to Laconia yesterday has been postponed due to weather. Unfortunately the rain put a damper on our plans, nothing is worse than riding your motorcycle in heavy rain with limited visibility. Also a few of the motorcycle riders riding from Haverhill noticed a slippery condition on the off ramp from route 495 to route 110 in Methuen that was hazardous to motorcycles.It apparently was some fuel spilled from a truck…Fortunately there were no motorcycle accidents and the ramp is reportedly ok today.

Assuming that the weather clears the ride will take place today around mid-morning…If the sky looks brighter and it’s not raining just head for Heavenly Donuts on route 110 in Methuen. It’s right of of route 495 north at exit 46…
