Scituate Biker Injured in Car-Motorcycle Crash on Route 3-A

A 50-year-old man from Scituate, Massachusetts was injured in a car-motorcycle collision on Route 3A close to the intersection with Route 123, police said.

According to news reports, the crash occurred on Sunday, and it involved a motorcycle, operated by Alan Bonney, and a car driven by a senior in his 80s. Bonney was injured in the crash. He was flown to a Boston Hospital for treatment of his injuries, but there is no update on his condition as of this morning.
We hope Alan Bonney will have a speedy recovery.
This is one of the many motorcycle accidents that occurred over the weekend, including the death of another Massachusetts resident, Peter Lombardo, who died in a crash on Route 56 near Leicester.
