James Ingersoll, of Riverside, Iowa, died from injuries sustained in a car accident on Friday, July 31, 2009. Ingersoll was riding a motorcycle on the way to Sturgis at the time of the accident.

New York motorcyclist killed by elderly driver

Raymond Bartley, 40, of Staten Island, was killed on Saturday when he hit a car driven by 79-year-old Margaret Matheson. Matheson was turning into a driveway from the center lane of a road at the time of the accident. Matheson was driving with an expired license.

Man in serious condition after teenage driver fails to yield

James Hayes was riding his motorcycle on July 22, 2009, when Erica Wilczynski, 17, hit him after failing to yield. Hayes was in serious condition after the accident in the Whitesboro, New York, area.

Movie star hurt in motorcycle accident

Actor James Caviezel (best known for his portrayal of Jesus in Mel Gibson’s “Passions of the Christ”) was injured in an accident on Thursday afternoon after a man threw a bicycle into the path of Caviezel’s motorcycle. Haverhill rider killed, passenger injured in motorcycle accident

A motorcyclist was killed in West Newbury, Massachusetts, on June 25, 2009. One passenger was seriously injured and transported by helicopter to a Boston-area hospital. Police are investigating the accident which involved a 2006 Harley Davidson and a Toyota Rav4 SUV.
