Taunton, Massachusetts man killed in accident

A 48-year-old man from Taunton, Massachusetts was killed Monday afternoon while riding his 2004 Harley Davidson motorcycle in Albany, New Hampshire.

James Tardanico, East Taunton, was riding on Route 112, also known as Kancamangus Highway, when he lost control of his bike and ran off the road. The bike hit several trees and Tardanico was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident.

James Tardanico was transported to a hospital in North Conway, according to the Taunton Daily Gazette. He later died of the injuries sustained in the crash.
